What we look for

• Genuine curiosity about how systems fail — not just familiarity with a scanner's default ruleset.
• Comfort working across the stack we secure: web, mobile, cloud, GitHub, and increasingly, AI agents and MCP servers.
• Clear writing. A finding nobody can act on isn't a finding.
